Well, Im glad Im not the only one! i know its a weekly thing but its nice to know, it does give you a booster for the day like today when i was down a lb! I'll no doubt be back up another tomorrow!!! :laugh:

Thanks John, Im trying not to eat crap thats all and i cant eat bread and need to limit dairy as i get breathing issues but the replies on here have been good. Sometimes you just need to be told from someone else. been reading alot on here with everyone saying something different. I think im frightened of keeping the cals…

Yeah I suppose, but fruit isnt a big hit with me. I have berries and a banana most days but its also trying to keep within the ratios as well.

Looking at some of your diaries im wondering if i should be eating more. Im finding all the conflicting advice quite confusing! MFP says i should be eating 1200 but some of you are at 15/1600.

Hello... Im Mandy, live in Lancaster UK, have 2 children 8 and 5. Im 5ft 3 and 10st 7 / 147lbs. I like running and classes at the gym, did alot of body pump, spin, combat but have changed in the last few weeks to bootcamp, weights based classes like advanced kettle bells and more power hour with weights in short circuits…

But then what happens when you have days off? seems abit odd to do it that way. (i work nights and try to get my supper in after midnight so i can count it there as i'll be in bed most of that day so wont be eating much anyway)

I work nights too and get my food around midnight. To me, after midnight is the next day so this food goes there. Better actually as the 1st night can go onto next days counting and not added to the day waiting to go to work which would make it quite high!

I think its to do with the digestion and the food just sitting there fermenting! Slows everything down. Fortunately I can have a few potatoes and rice but change the pasta to wheat free.
