Da Fit App not recognised
Ive just bought a new watch P58 that uses the Da Fit app. I cant get it to link with MFP for workouts and steps. The only place i can link steps is from my phone which is inaccurate as i dont carry it all the time. Ive had to choose the ‘dont link steps’ option as it doesnt see the watch or the app i use. Heart rate monitors... Help needed
I'm looking into getting one but getting confused the more I look into it! There are watches I've seen that monitor heart rate and calories burned. Do these work on their own or do I need a chest strap thing aswell? Why would I need both? Don't want to spend much either, about £20 or so. Cheers

Which 'fat' does mfp use to calculate?
when i add it all up on a weekly average its quite high. Is mfp taking the whole fat consumed or the saturated fat? Does it matter? Not sure which one to include on my list! Ive lost 3 lb over the last 2 weeks so quite happy but just wanted to understand it better.

How often do you weigh yourself?
Ive never been one for weighing, but since Ive had my mind on track for losing weight I want to weigh everyday! (just to see!) although I only take my Sunday morning weight for the record. Who else feels like this?

Finding it hard to eat more calories!!
Just working out what Im going to eat for today and theres not enough calories! Not after Ive done my class later. I see so many posts saying eat back cals or you wont lose! Im not into this enough to know if im on the right track or not but its confusing! :grumble:

Interested to know when to eat. Im 5'3, 146lbs. MFP tells me to eat 1200 plus exercise cals. I always like to workout in a morning but the new gym have the classes i want at night ranging from 6.30 to 8 so sometimes i dont eat til i get home. I went for a Food Intolerance Test
I went to my healthshop and had a food intolerance test done on Friday. I cant lose weight no matter how hard I try! Loads of exercise, low fat diet, little alcohol does nothing. MFP says 1200. Katch says 1538...
...so, Im going to up the calories to 1538. This is based on losing at 25% deficit, exercising 3-5 x week. Will maybe up it abit more if I exercise more as its cardio/weight based stuff I do.
