...so, Im going to up the calories to 1538. This is based on losing at 25% deficit, exercising 3-5 x week.
Will maybe up it abit more if I exercise more as its cardio/weight based stuff I do.
Im 5ft3, female, age 40, 147lbs. Got 5 weeks til my hols and I want to lose something at least.
I lost my 1st 7lb by cutting out wheat, tomatoes, peppers and cauliflower and cabbage as a food intolerance test brought this up but this was months ago and I havent lost anything since.
Could I get away with some wine once a week does anyone think?

so when you eat back exercise calories on MFPs 1200, its about the same.
i think a 25% deficit is high when you dont have that much to lose, i would aim to 15-20% (or 1lb per week in MFP speak) as you want to retain lean mass and get rid of fat.0 -
Oh right. (Too much to digest). Will read into it a bit more. That would mean eat more again?!0
