when i add it all up on a weekly average its quite high. Is mfp taking the whole fat consumed or the saturated fat?
Does it matter? Not sure which one to include on my list! Ive lost 3 lb over the last 2 weeks so quite happy but just wanted to understand it better.

Total fat, you can choose to track your saturated to see how much that is, but it is also included in total fat.0
