  • DO NOT THROW THEM OUT. you should have a real conversation in which you explain to him that this is important for you and that you want him to be supportive, and if he absolutely must have these things in the house to please hide them from you because it is making it hard for you.
  • dont beat yourself up over it, forgive yourself and focus on today's goal. if you feel so so bad about it try doing some extra excersise throuhout the week. you're going to have slips but if you dwell on them you focus too much on the bad and it makes it harder to maintain a 'diet' (for lack of better word)
