It's been raining non stop where I am...not great! Mind you it has become milder in the last week but still too cold for me lol...I'm always cold! I have got a huge heath nearby to me where I used to cycle as a kid...defo going to look at doing more of that!!

Wow 1 stone already! that's great keep it up :-) Yes, it's just for a while so I can get my fitness levels up and it's winter here in UK so outside exercise isn't the best fun! I can't wait for summer to go biking outside and running!

Guys....I have taken aboard everyone's comments who are all valuable! I am going to increase my calorie intake as well as vitamin intake (I already take a daily dose of vit c 1000mg) Everyone's opinions have been taken into account! Now let's all eat some low fat ice cream!! :happy:

Thank you everyone- I feel like a naughty kid getting told off for not eating enough lol! But lesson learnt...and damn do some of you know your stuff!! Please feel free to friend me as clearly I need some strong guidance lol and hopefully I can provide the same motivation x

I think a mixture of both will make the world of difference! you can never go wrong with Vitamins! Will defo add more carbs into the equation...some nuts etc...and a chocolate bar every now and then.... it would be great to look at someone's diary who is eating a balanced diet

Btw I am not starving myself...I eat and I feel full up and when I feel peckish I snack on fruit so I am never really ever that hungry. I'm also giving up smoking so I thought the lack of energy could have been from that (probz an adding factor) But defo taking into account that I need to eat more! just stay under my 1400…

Eat more....that is literally the best thing I heard all week :-D I love the sound of that...what can I increase? Carbs as in pasta, potatoes etc? and what fat is good fat? otherwise I will shovel doughnuts and other junk down my throat lol! I am thinking of eating carbs during the day and not in the evening?

Hey i'm in the same boat as yourself...i have been smoking for around 5 yrs and have cut down from 15 a day to 2-3 a day...i also use an ecig which are great! I would defo recommend it! I do have relapses too but just pick myself up! Add me if you'd like i need some inspiration too :-D xx

I basically did a whole bunch of squats, lunges, hip raises and a whole lot of other floor work- about 3 times with 8-12 reps each.

Oh darn it! Well I am definitely calorie counting (not the most enjoyable thing in the world) I tend to reach for fruit when I get a sweet craving- I have a major sweet tooth!! At the moment it is all under my allowance and I'm exercising too! xx
