  • 1. Yes (bowl of oats with chia seeds). 2. Lost 57 lbs 3. No. I believe it doesn't matter if you eat all of your calories in one meal, or spread them over the entire day and night. Spreading it out helps deal with that getting hungry thing.
  • Eat a smaller amount of good "real" pizza, and be done with it. Try and make it fit, but if it doesn`t, it won`t kill you. Enjoy your life and make yourself happy. Just no when to quit. But you can always eat whatever and as much as want, and then go vomit it up. I`m not advising this, but I hear it works.
  • I`m getting older and I burn less these days. I think its because of lower stamina. After 2 hours straight and about 10 of those mutual 5 second funny feeling, I start to give out.
  • Here are the steps. (not in order) 1. FIll out your profile. 2. Ad a picture. 3. Buy a food scale & measuring cups, spoons. 4. Open your diary if you want dietary help. 5. Weigh and log everything that you put in your mouth. 6. Ad friends and see what they eat. This will get you started, hope it helps.
  • I`m sure not what you were wanting to hear, but the above is the best advice you will find. Good luck........
  • 1% Cottage Cheese - Unsalted...... 1/2 cup = 90 calories & 16 g protein
  • I started reading, but got stuck at badminton! :noway: All the best..
  • Hopefully the above answered your question.......
  • GSXR 750 and a Harley & Horses......
  • For "ME".... It`s a set back that I don`t want. I don`t want that next day feeling that you have. Once again " for me" its not worth it. A fun night of booze and snacks takes 2 or 3 to cycle out of. So I don`t drink........ Anymore
  • Thanks for the reminder, I forgot that needed to delete more people. And then make new ones so I can delete them. Any takers?
  • YUUUP!
  • Very smart way to do it. Planning ahead works with just about everything! With proper planning you don`t end up out of calories and hungry at night. You can just be hungry all day and night.
  • I wake up almost everyday wanting to be a better version of myself. And then, I do what it takes to accomplish that goal. Its all in ones desire and determination. May sound cheesy and 80`s, but if you don`t know what, the eye of the tiger is and feels like, you won`t get it. Best of luck
  • I don`t even look in the direction of a McDonalds anymore. I figure a glace driving by is 200 calories and 500 sodium at minimum.
  • Hopefully someone will chime in more knowledgeable than me. But I`m guessing by split you mean separation. So my only suggestion is the Tupler Technique. Google or YouTube it, I have a friend who healed this way.
  • You know I`m going to STAY....
  • Yuup, ya`ll got that? But in the swamp, we also call em "flicker fly`s".
  • BANG, we have a winner in these words. ( I just want to be healthy. ) Who cares what they say or think or even if it`s b/s or genuine. DO your thing, and be the best version of you, for yourself.
  • Drink more water. Yes, I know.... You drink lots of water....... OK, So now that we are past that, drink more water. And then drink more water. It`s a gallon plus for me daily..
  • Coffee is a rarity for me, but, years ago.......... I would put 2 spoonful's of instant (cheapest I could find) in about 1 cup of Pepsi or Coke and drink it before I trained...... =`ed "JACKED"
  • Like has already been said, your question can`t be answered here or by a DR. It takes an MRI to answer your question. Anything other than that is just a guess. Been there on my knee pains and in shoulders. And if you need surgery, get it done asap. The longer you wait, the harder rehab will be. But my advise is, stop doing…
  • I eat 3 on the way to the gym, and eat 3 more about 1/2 way through training. But I never eat more than a bowl of oatmeal 4 to 5 hours prior to lifting. It could be all mental, but it works for me. And that`s what matters. From the Layne Norton article During exercise, serotonin levels rise and can (amongst other things)…
  • Everything in and about my life is a porn flick in the making. He or She, with the most "funny feelings" in the end wins. So get all you can..... :drinker:
  • Like most, I get hungry at night when my day starts to slow down. So I save calories throughout the day for that reason. But, I stay busy and find things to do. And yes, its that simple. Reading, sending texts or playing around on the internet only makes it worse. Go for walks, clean you home, your yard, whatever. Just…
  • Here are my thoughts. Over the years I have lifted twice a day. But not the same body parts. You really need to let your body answer this question. If you are using the same muscles in both workouts, and you are sore after your first workout, I suggest resting. If not, I advise taking extra time to stretch and warm up…
  • Ok, I will bite, I`m a chin and pull up guy. I see nothing wrong with what you`re doing now. All that`s left is different exercises and tweaking. So just keep pulling and resist the negative. So, on a normal set of pull-ups or chin-ups, when you barely get that last one! Don`t do like most people and just drop. Let…
