My afternoon snack will be a smoothie with; 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 banana 1/2 cup mixed berries Handful spinach Few baby carrots Scoop vanilla protein powder Ice Delish!!

Raw spring rolls made with lettuce, green onion, carrot, bell pepper and chicken wrapped in rice wrappers and served with homemade satay sauce (1 tbsp natural peanut butter, garlic, ginger, curry, soy sauce, chilli oil and coconut milk). Very yummy!

You could try upping your protein, I was told to aim for at least 100 gr/day.

I log everything so that I can keep track of my sodium, fibre, etc.

You could try eating more whole foods and watching your sugar, fat and sodium intake, they seem like they might be high. Also upping my protein intake to 100 gr or more while keeping carbs to less than 100 gr. has helped me. Good luck, you're doing great!!

My proud moment was when I told my daughter she could pick some snacks at the grocery store for a lunch on the go and she chose yogurt, grapes and a babybel! I like to think it's because I'm setting a good example!

My go to smoothie is: 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 5 baby carrots, handful spinach, tsp ginger, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup coconut/almond milk. Yummy!
