Heavy lifting
I've been reading a lot about heavy lifting for women and it's something I want to try, my problem is that I'm an hour away from a gym! Is this something I can do at home? I already use hand weights in 5lbs & 8 lbs which I realize aren't "heavy" but I've been doing high repetition curls, shoulder press, tricep dips as well…

To eat or not to eat?
Normally I eat around 1500 cals per day, but some days I'm just not hungry ( I normally have a great appetite) my question is, do I make myself eat to get in all my calories or is it ok to be low once in awhile? Don't want to mess with my metabolism by not eating enough..

Asparagus & weight loss
I thought I heard/read somewhere that asparagus can interfere with weight loss. Has anyone else heard this, or maybe I imagined it : / I love broiled asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, but I'm wondering if I should avoid it for now.

Cheat meals - yay or nay?
Wondering if people incorporate cheat meals or a cheat day & how crazy do you go? Does it hinder or does it help weight loss by shocking your system?
