Hi, I'm a little disappointed this morning after only losing .5lbs in the first week of going low carb. I'm 5'7" and 175lbs eating around 1500 cals a day. Doing 45 min on my treadmill everyday at 3.5-4 mph and alternating upper body/abs and lower body/abs weight training (2 sets of 15 reps) my macros are set at 20% c/40%p/40%f) I'm drinking 2l of water everyday. Im having a really hard time eating all my cals I guess cause of the high fat and protein content. Wondering if anyone has any advice on my macros? I'm in it for the long haul, but just want to make sure I'm on the right track! Thanks all!
