yea i am starting a 6 week shred today actually.. will keep you posted with progress. my diet is a bit bland so far, but i might work in some spices to make it a bit more appealing and different. otherwise i would be eating the same flavors every day a week at a time. ( weekly diet plan).. stay tuned.

can always throw a gentle reminder out, that's what my partner and i do. i told her that if we work out and diet together, and i poush her to hard.. not to yell or what ever... just tell me. just keep it real.

thats awesome.. i have been two weeks. i had a toke of a smoke on sat and spewed my guts up. so these meds must be doing something because after that i am not going to want one ever again...gross.

yea nice nice, yea im not too into the sub genre thing too that's why i kept it light on the subject hehe. some good bands in there im a big fan of sabbath, if your interested there are a few bands (with way better production) of recent years that are like black sabbath.. try WoFat... they are rad. so i feel like i hit a milestone. went to the pub with my mates... didnt drink and didnt even feel like smoking. however its only day 5 cold turkey... seeing a DR today about champix. :) feeling good

im 29 5'11 and at 88 kilos. i eat arounf 1700-1800 sometimes less. aiming at .5-1 kilo a week weight loss so ill keep you posted (only just started to take it seriously.. eg no drinking for a while :)

great to see im not the only one taking control here. im seeing the DR on Thursday to get some champix. i have had a friend who had great success with this. i have tried nicotine replacements and it didn't work. this time its gone for good, and with that the drinking has to stop for at least a month. time to fit it up,

Metamucil is a drink in Aus, that contains this. not sure how it goes internationally.. but some doctors will actually tell patience to use this if they have a diet low in fiber.. and you can buy it in the supermarket..

oh yea i always try and make lunch the night before... as far as breakky goes it will have a shake and then some toast a few hours later. (im pretty lucky we have a kitchen at work) so this might not apply to you.. if not take some nuts and fruit in.

this is good avice.. also some veges/salads might last longer if they are kept in a container in the fridge... having said that some might go a lil soggy.. for example i keep kale in a container int he fridge and it lasts ages... same with celery and red cabbage.. also im in Australia, i can got a and spend 50$ on veges at…
