okay okay so i haven't actually tried this yet. but i ate at an organic place for brekky and the ingredients listed was a mustard... how ever i have no idea what mustard it was.. but daaaaaaamn it was ace. so im going to experiment a bit i guess. obviously not loads, just subtle amounts.

thanks mate, i have just quit smoking 3 weeks now :), drinking two beers a week on a sat night with my cheat meal. barely ever eat fast foods, eat well and excersize hard. seeing my Doc today to see exactly what he has too say. thanks guys

yea i have been doing that aswell on a 4 day a week regime :) mostly weights but a bit of cardio here and there, almost summer here so i will be getting back into my swimming :)

lately i been on a diet plan... and my girlfriends is very similar 2 wholemeal bits of toast and a banana for breakky. 100g brown rice 100g of broccoli and 200g of chicken for lunch.. this keeps me full and hits my macros perfectly.. in between them i will eat a hand full of almonds around 10... i poach the chicken then…

if you drink smoothies for brekky, add chia seeds, they thicken it up a bit and bugger all calories in em.
