It varies a bit on average I would say 24 ounces of coffee or 12 ounces of coffee plus 3 shots of espresso. Sometimes I only have a single cup but on rough days I probably have 4 large cups and 2 or more large americanos with a little cream. This sadly is a huge cut back from a few years ago....at one point I was working…

I'm a little bit scared because after reading this post I have a feeling I am definitely not accurately estimating certain things. I will definitely be getting a food scale now.

I'd probably be confused as to who made such an awesome bacon and eggs masterpiece, I'd appreciate it for 2 seconds and chow down.

I love them. My go to is adding them to yogurt and to smoothies, they are also great added into baked goods, on top of salads etc.

Wrong, you just assumed that, I don't like cheesy snacks at all, which really is a good thing because it means you don't have to share.

Too much of a flirt, and refused to share her twinkies.

Such great inspiration in this thread!

I'm 25 and probably wouldn't date anyone much younger than myself as I'm not interested in dating anyone still pursuing their Bachelor's degree so 23 or 24 up to 36 or so.

Levi's Curve ID are great I have also had some decent luck with Rock & Republic jeans (sold at Kohls) and with Lucky Brand jeans (they have them at my costco from time to time) I used to love American Eagle Jeans but I don't feel like they hold up as well as they did a 5 or 6 years ago, the quality seems to have gone down…

Age: 25 Height: 5'11" Weight: 165 ish Goal Weight 140s or so I was much heavier in HS and college (180-200 lbs) But the past year or two my weight has fluctuated significantly bouncing between 145 and 175. I am new to MFP and have been much more serious and regular about my diet and workouts since the star of the year.…

I'm 5'11" and currently around 165. My HW was 195 and LW 144. I think I'll be happy in the 140s but I am more focused on measurements than pounds. I think I look the best when my waist is about 3 inches smaller than it currently is and my hips are a good 5 inches smaller (25, and 37 from my current 28 and 42)

Take my dog for a run :)

This. And my dog. I'd throw in a good night's sleep, but that happens so infrequently I don't really remember what it is like anymore.

I would want to date someone who is at least as active as I am. It is important to me to be able to engage in outdoor activities with me. To take the dogs for runs, go on hikes etc. Weight wouldn't matter so much as long as that person was striving to live a healthy lifestyle...chances are that this would limit anyone who…

Not gonna lie it isn't that I find shorter men unattractive but being 5'11" I don't think I could ever be too interested in anyone shorter than 5'8 and I definitely feel most comfortable with someone closer to my own height or taller. But I have a bit of a weird complex about my height. At age 16 my 6'8" brother told my…

I live in a smallish town so I never have issues bringing in outside food in my purse. I often pop my own popcorn on my stove top and season it with a little cumin or nutritional yeast. I also frequently bring in frozen grapes, veggies and hummus, lara bars, coffee or green tea and a sealable cup, and of course water.
-
Absolutely! The only way you would lost nutrients would be if you cooked the greens.

Thank god I am not the only one! Doesn't do anything for me...

I definitely have this issue when I am stressed or sad, but usually those are the times when I can still find calorie dense or indulgent foods appealing...or if not food alcohol. So nutbutter, avocado, cheese, alcohol, dessert foods, chocolate, vanilla soy lattes
