    I'm 6'2 and I won't date a girl who says she won't date a short guy. I think a girl that would reject a guy over something as stupid as height is shallow and lacks substance.

    For friendship, for a business partnership, ect - yes, appearance doesn't matter. But for a romantic relationship? People can't help what they're attracted to, and they can't help what turns them off. It's not like someone is thinking and decides "you know what? for the heck of it, I won't date short people".

    I don't like moustaches. They turn me off. So am I judgemental and shallow.. or am I just a person who doesn't like moustaches? Am I supposed to go out with someone who has a moustache even if I"m not attracted to them...wince and cringe everytime they kiss me, and be unhappy? Really? And how would that be good for the guy with the moustache? Doesn't he deserve someone who thinks his moustache is the hottest thing since Tom Selleck?

    I was overweight for a long time. There are plenty of guys who wouldn't want me because I was overweight. And you know what? That's fine. That never bothered me. You can't help who and what you are attracted to. As long as you're not an *kitten* about it... as long as you don't say "eww, you have a moustache? gross!", then there is nothing wrong with not dating someone because there is something about them you find unattractive.

    Not gonna lie it isn't that I find shorter men unattractive but being 5'11" I don't think I could ever be too interested in anyone shorter than 5'8 and I definitely feel most comfortable with someone closer to my own height or taller. But I have a bit of a weird complex about my height. At age 16 my 6'8" brother told my then 4 year old self that I would be a giant and never get married or have friends...

    What is considered short anhow ? My very large friend, 6'6" 275 @ 8% bf calls me extra medium. I am 5'10 @ 210-215 depending on if I have pooped yet.
