i thought i was the only person playing CS these days. Well i used to consider myself a gamer. C.S 1.5 and 1.6, Battlefied 1945 and starcraft. But now adays my son plays more than me. The only game i play at the moment when i get time is Ghosts on ps3 but im really bad....my 7year old son is better than me.

well growing up all my cousins and friends would say how awesomely muscular my dads legs were. unfortunatly i had my mothers legs.....they arent bad legs, theyre just not as girthy looking as what my dad had still has at 60years old.

There is a predisposition to how much muscle mass you can put on. However to maximise your size youll need to be eating at least 4000cals. 'Lifting heavy like 4-5 reps at 80%-90%1RM and making sure you're putting good quality protein immediatly afterwards to stimulate growth.

Have to agree with whats already been said... The reason why they say squating and other powerbased exercises burn fat is because it incoorperates a large amount amount of muscels.
