I don't log condiments like ketchup (though I will log mayo...) because I love it and refuse to give it up. Hasn't affected my progress at all. Gum, spices, and such small things. I would drive myself crazy if I went that detailed on all my food intake.

Yes, I definitely did. I started out at a 34D, and now I'm a 34B. I'm not particularly happy with them anymore and starting to hope to someday get a little plastic surgery to help them out.

Yes, and I am currently. :) A good head of hair is nice and all, but nothing I prize too highly.

Recently, when I was doing squats and felt new muscle on my thighs that I've never felt before. Then I looked in the mirror, and I'm finally getting definition in my legs. Definitely motivating!

I do not add those, nor do I add condiments unless I use an excessive amount in a recipe like egg salad. I'm really not that nitpicky.

As far as Pilates, I enjoy the Element Pilates Weight Loss for Beginners DVD. I purchased it for about $10. I still use it from time to time, because it's an enjoyable and effective workout.

That is my goal as well. I've already lost the weight I wanted (15 lbs), and now I just want to build muscle and tone. Any other weight I lose is just a bonus.

My whole life when I lived in the north I called it "pop," but since I moved to Texas I've found that I now call it "soda," even though I said I never would haha.

Thighs, buttocks, and calves. I've always been bottom heavy... I lost my weight so far from my stomach, chest and arms, but not a thing from those areas.

I'm also a college student, going through college the second time and working as well. It's tough to eat right and find time to exercise when so much is going on! Feel free to friend me, and hopefully we can motivate each other. :)

I currently hold my B.S. in Integrated Language Arts, Adolescent to Young Adult Education. I'm not sure why it's so wordy, but essentially I'm a high school English teacher, haha. But times are tough, and so I'm back in school pursuing an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. :)
