I am on an intake of 1760, exercise daily(workout 5-6 times a week) I think I've been eating pretty good, and often there is extra calories at the end of the day, some including burned calories back. I'm just nervous about eating at night, after say 8-9pm. thank you all for your advice!

I drink a lot of water. why? lol I'm thinking about an apple. but sometimes I feel like even a few calories can throw me off but I have acid reflux and it hurts so much when I'm hungry. :-( anyhow, so thank you so much for your suggestion!

Same here! my kids are 5, 4 and 2! I also work full time. I have a gym membership and some stuff at home for working out but seriously time is hard to find! I basically sneak over to gym for few minutes after work, during work(lot of walking and cleaning as a DSP job coach) I can go into break room and do some power squats…

in the same boat here! Tummy tuck is not an option for me either. I'm still trying to lose weight, but excess skin is very hard to deal with. I'm told being young helps but also toning, and muscle building hell's with saggy skin. I'm saving this thread though and love to know of any other ideas! :-)

I just picked up a stepFX watch and it says the normal for 5'8" person is 25".... not sure if this is correct? it says you can measure your steps too. I'm 5'2" and I'm thinking a normal stride for me is anywheres between 20"-25" atleast I'm hoping I'm understanding this lol

thank you guys. I appreciate all your advice. I've never thought of myself as a big eater, but no one wants to admit that right? I have the confidence, but I know my work out has been lacking because of being ill so I worry about over eating and ruining the hard work I've done so far. I can do this though! thank you.

finally hit my first 10,000 steps today, and made it to 11,090!!!! this is so new to me as my average is a small 5,000-8,000. :-)
