Hi Dan, Your post made me laugh :) My plans are calorie counting and exercise daily- I've set myself a goal of losing 1lb a week....hoping for more but I know if I set it higher and I don't loose that amount I will be mega disheartened and I will reach for the biscuit tin in tears lol!!!!
