Hey,

So after joining a few months ago, I decided that I must actually get on and loose my baby weight!!!

My baby isn't a baby anymore he will be 3 very soon so long gone are the days where I can stuff my face full of cake and say "I'm eating for two" or "I've just had a baby"!!!

I feel embarrassed that I am STILL my full term pregnancy weight :,(

If your a mummy loosing baby weight or a friendly motivated person that will kick me up the bum when I'm having one of my many lazy days add me.

    Hi Belinda,

    Good luck on your quest :), I'm sort of in the same position though it was my wife who had the baby, I just seemed to enjoy the food too much with her haha.

    What plans/goals have you given yourself to help lose the weight? I've got into running and cycling, my wife does weight watchers so it helps :)

    Your post made me laugh :)

    My plans are calorie counting and exercise daily- I've set myself a goal of losing 1lb a week....hoping for more but I know if I set it higher and I don't loose that amount I will be mega disheartened and I will reach for the biscuit tin in tears lol!!!!
