I am 29, but when i was 14, I had sever pain in my right side. Doctors thought my appendix ruptured, but upon testing, refered me to a Gyno. Optimum Nutrition protein shake at least twice daily, white fish, chicken BREAST (dark meat has more calories/fat....thats why it tastes sooooo good!!) tuna, peanut or almond butter, eggs (boiled for convenience). Good luck!

Calculate your BMR (google BMR calculator) and that will tell you your daily caloric intake. MFP had my daily caloric intake at 2020, higher than I needed to see results. How do you customize your calories? I'm relatively new to MFP and need to customize my calories for the day!

Tlapia fillets.....very mild. Easy to cook! I get the big bag of individually portioned fillets (in the frozen section). 108 cals per fillet, I throw creole seasoning on it, cook it on 450* in the oven for about 14 minutes (flipping once) and voila!

Don't weigh yourself daily. Allow a "cheat" day every once in a while, but with reason!!

I juiced exclusively for 14 days, lost 16lbs. But gained it all back plus some. Also, I had a migraine for the first 3 days, almost to the point of going to the hospital. I would not juice exclusively again.
