fat girl exercise starters?

Hello, I've been constantly battling between getting in shape and just being lazy since I've had my son. He is now 3 and I am still just as big as when I was pregnant. I always get nervous thinking I will be asked "when I'm due" or that people just simply are grossed out and stare to look at the fat girl.~ We all know people like to stare. Anyways, I need some help deciding a workout plan that keeps people motivated. I've tried p90x-then got bored, however it was working. I have a treadmill-but then get bored. I need some flare to it because I easily get turned away and then it takes me a bit before I want to start trying.
Simply put, i get lazy. How do you stay focused trying to achieve your goals?
Also, anyone have good weightlifting advice to tone up the arms-get rid of the jiggle.
If you could attach links i would truly appreciate it!
Thanks so much.

First, if you are not 100% "ready" to be dedicated enough to achieve your goals, then no fitness program will keep your interest. Not trying to sound harsh, it is something I have had to realize myself. I have been "fat" since 2nd grade, my son is 9 and I am now almost as big as I was when I was pregnant (gained what weight I had lost). You just have to keep reminding yourself of your goals!!
I follow Jaime Eason's 12 week Live Fit program. I have seen results. I like it and am using it as a "starting point" to being pure barbell lifting. I also switch up my cardio: use the elliptical, arc trainer at PF, and treadmill (I LOATHE the treadmill!!)
I hope that helps, and wish you all the best!0
