  • Try going to the asian grocery store and pick up these sauces: 1. Oyster Sauce 2. Abalone Sauce 3. Chilli Bean Sauce 4. Yellow Bean Sauce You only need 1-2tbsp to put in your stir fry - now you have 4 different flavours! Oh and add a dash of sesame oil and sprinkle with spring onions. Oh and fry with garlic and ginger -…
  • Agreed - try using garlic, ginger and chilli in your stir fries. Adds so much more. Oh and try using oyster sauce next time too for different flavour. Being Chinese heritage I have never added peanut butter in my stir fries before so will see what happens next time if I do. :)

I actually did not eat my lunch (but I was too busy talking to my friends) and during university I would actually not eat all day except have chuppa chup lollipops and water and hardly ate during dinner. I did get quite skinny for my size (my hip bones started to stick…
  • I'm 5ft 3inches , started at 130 lbs and had a goal to lose 10 lbs. I'm halfway there. My goal weight is 119 lbs and am at 123 lbs now. All I can say is that you need to be disciplined with your food intake. Once you start going with the weight loss it will drop off.
