Thanks everyone for your thoughts. I have never even tried cucumber, celery and needless to say salad dressings! I think it's time I tried a few different things..... Who knows, I might even enjoy them lol!

I eat fruit & veg every day and have no problem with them. I was just thinking it would be nice to have a bit more variety!

I think it was the texture of the lettuce, it got stuck on the roof of my mouth and it has put me right off! And I think it's just trying to get used to different flavours and having no idea what goes nicely together.
