I am going on a cruise in Feb too!!! And my final goal weight is 5 pounds under yours!!! Lets motivate eachother!!!! I am currently at 150 and trying to get to 140 by then...I am doing nutritional cleansing, but have fell off the wagon in the past 4-5 weeks and need to hold myself more accountable to get to my final goal!

Welcome! You have some of the same goals as I do! I want to loose weight, but know that eating healthier and loosing a few lbs will ultimately help me pick up my running speed! I love to run and do 2 half marathons a year and will be diong my second full marathon this year. Feel free to add me as a friend so we can help…

hi! I have done 6 1/2 marathons, and one full. I would say once you are able to run a 10k give yourself 12 weeks from there to start training for a 1/2. Hope this helps....let me know what other questions you have. I love to run, it is a passion of mine!!

If you like cottage cheese it is a good source of protein. Hummus is as well....use it as a dip for your veggies ;).
