How about walking. The fitter you get, the faster you can walk. It works for me.

I went from a UK size 14 to a UK size 4 through eating healthy and walking over 11 miles per day which I maintained for over 5 years . I moved house, gave up walking, gave up on me and hey presto a UK size 12.

That is exactly how I have been recording it too.

On my off days, I walk 13 miles per day instead but part of me now wants to jog a bit. I am really enjoying it and that I never thought I would say.
