It's my understanding that it's pure water. I think it's OK to add a wedge of lemon but pure water is supposed to cleanse your body the best. I struggle with my eight glasses every day :)

Grief is so hard to deal with. I give you a lot of credit for talking about it. It's so easy to hole yourself up and shelter your emotions. I will be praying for you and your family. You are still doing a great job on here. *hugs*

Hi. I don't think you sound like a loser at all- that kind of move would be hard on anyone! I suggest joining a gym and/or a league of some sort (sports, darts or pool, etc) and just be friendly. I'm so sorry that I missed the weigh in on Sunday. I was out of town and completely forgot. My weight was 230.2lbs. A gain :(

maybe try drinking more water on a daily basis- it's supposed to help with the elasticity in your skin.

Hi. My suggestion would be to use what is in the food database already. A lot of times there is a "generic" label that you could use. Don't give up! Even if you go over on calories, this site has it set so that you are losing weight with the calories that it's set at, so even if you go over, you may still lose- just not as much. I hope that makes sense :smile: Just stay positive and add an extra workout to make up for it. Keep going though!!!

I also have the problem of sleep eating. I take Trazadone every night and thought it may have something to do with it. I go on streaks with it. It seems like the more I try not to do it, the more I do it. It doesn't make any sense but............ Good luck to you and please keep us posted on what you find.
