Thank u for ur responses. I am back to 100% dieting. Just wondered if there was anything extra i could do that would focus on toning up this loose weight. I have started training again too

Ive been aiming for about 800calories a day and burning 300 in gym. Ive only been goin to the gym for 4 weeks. But its the, what and when to eat as every site I go on contradicts the other. Some say I shud eat 2000 an others say its ok to eat less. Totes confused? Is there a way I can make my diary visible to others?

Ive literally tried eating all sorts of different things. Just meat. No meat. Low carb. High protein. Nothing at all seems to be working for me???? Super confused as to why no weight loss still!

Hi. Can anybody offer me REAL advice. Ive been trying to lose weight for 4 months now with no results. Ive never had trouble dieting before. The difference now is, ive had a baby. Ive started on 700 cal a day diet and burning 300-400Cal a day on treadmill. Will this work?????
