I've lost a couple of band sizes but I haven't lost must of anything in the cup size. I was beginning to spill over but now the DDD fits perfect. Hopefully, I will at least loose a cup size by the time I finish my weightloss (another 64 pounds).

After finishing the 3 day cleanse, I lost a total of 6 pounds. Since then (5 days) I have gained 2 pounds of that back. So I've managed to keep off 4 pounds. I'll update again next week.

I do not like seedy foods either. There are others to choose from. I also found that once I removed the bad, processed foods from my diet I started craving the foods that are good for me.

I just ended a 3 day fasting last week. We did shakes. It is hard for sure! Hang in there.

First day is over and weighed in this morning. I lost 3 pounds. I have found it tastes a LOT better the colder it is. This morning, I mixed it up in my shaker then loaded it down with ice and shook it again. Got the whole glass down! Whoo hoo!

Bio Oil...friend of mine had a dermatologist recommend it for scars. If you can make yourself use it twice a day, it will reduce their appearance. I've tried it and it does seem to work. But after a couple weeks, I get lazy with it. I found it at Wal-mart.

I had the same problem! The outside area of my right foot would cramp up so bad! I couldn't afford a $100 pair of new shoes either. The ones I have were brand new. What I found to work were athletic socks. Some that have some nice cushion in them. Worked like a charm!

After just a few sips, I turn blood red and get hot flashes! My lips have even gone numb before. Plus, I never liked the taste. The only kind I like are ones that taste like milkshakes.... The first time I drank, it was only a wine cooler and I ended up naked laying in the bathroom floor! Yikes!

I would say that you are active and yes, you should eat all or almost all your calories everyday. I was eating about 1500 per day and stalled. Increased my calories to 1800 and the weight started coming off again.

Bought one from Wal-mart as well. Took it back. It was saying we were burning a ton more calories than what we should plus it was so hard to use. A good quality HRM is worth the money. Went to a different store and bought the Polar 7. Much, much better and very easy to use.

I wash my hair everyday. Sometimes I get that icky feeling around the hair that is close to my neck. I make sure I scrub good there. Also helps my hair to use a different shampoo once a week to help remove the buildup that occurs with my normal shampoo. I also condition everyday (leaving it on for 2 minutes). Pantiene…

I loose about a pound a week. Sometimes I have a good week and I'll drop 2 pounds. Need to try adding coconut oil or milk (in a can) to your diet everyday. I just started this myself but I've read good things about it online. It just takes longer for us to loose than it does someone without hypothyroidism.

Anything processed is going to be high in sodium. Also eating out is way high! Really have to go with fresh foods and fresh seasonings. I use cocoa butter. Works on everything! Gotta rub it on a lot though. At least twice a day.

I do the same thing! Doesn't matter which one I'm doing. Also wasn't an issue in the beginning but now that I'm increasing the intensity, it's awful! I feel like I can't give 100% which is irritating.
