  • My biggest issue with emotional eating is that I never feel full so if I don't measure my food an say Ok, you had enough food today, I will keep eating. When I'm tired, I just eat although I'm fully aware the food will not help me feel energized.
  • It's ok to grieve, it's ok to want to eat food that will numb you but most of all, it's ok to just be sad and be in that moment. Drink lots of water. Go for a walk. Take in deep breaths. Everything will be ok.

  • I am no expert and only speak from experience. I used to be skinny fat. My problem was bad posture and weak core muscle which was made worst by typical 6 pack abs exercises because it made my belly bigger. I had to start by strengthening my obliques and transverse abdominals first. The difference was mind blowing.
