  • do a normal cookie just add truvia or just leave out the suger.:glasses:
  • i use a wheat tortia with low fat sherred cheese and some queso put it all on tortia like a pizza out in microwave for 1 min on high then when you take it out fold in half it fills me up and it's 300 cal no higher or lower hope that helped:smile:
  • I try to look at the cals before i eat but for breakfst try scrambel eggs in a white tortia. For lunch i try 300 cals i use a whet tortia but white is better and lower cals a tortia nd some low fat sherred cheese then i put some queso cook it flat like a pizza then when it's done fold in half.
