Be greatful your not in the UK. My kids are not allowed peanutbutter of anything with nuts in at school. This is due to a small minoritys allergy. I started jillians body revolution. its a prog u do over 90 days. Very similar to 30 DS but u get 3 cardio work outs and 12 usual mixed work outs. Its Going well so far. Fingers crossed for good results!! I am enjoying it tho i am sore but its deffo worth a shot!

Personally i think eating healthy is more important a priority to some1 who is strapped financially. I drain the can and mix with 2 table spoons of fat free cottage cheese with chives in then i stuff the mix into 2 giant mushrooms, i also bake vine cherry tomatos as my side and a corn on the cobb. Totally yummy! But you can mix it up and add whatever u like really.

I have quit Diet cola, pepsi max and other sugar free fizz. Only a few days in and have had the odd slip but so far... My sugar cravings are zero... My appetite is drastically smaller and the water and green tea is making me feel much better. Fingers crossed i can keep it up :)
