My suggestion is eat loadsa protien in your evening meal to prevent later hunger. If your still on a munchie then glug some water. If your still peckish then i would try a merangue maybe for sweet or rivitas for savoury as they are both pretty low calorie in small doses.

i was told by a body building friend that protien and water are a big help to repair muscles. within 30 mins of finishing a work out a protien shake will help, tho i am yet to test this theory because i have no clue what i am buying in the health food shop. Day 1 done. It did not kick my *kitten* as much as i expected tho my legs r feeling rather tender. I thought the cardio would do me in cause it did last time. I am preddy sure i will be sore tomorrow tho. Hope every1 else had a good day 1!

U mentioned u have a child.. tug on his heart strings and say your doing it for her because u want to see ur grandkids. The HRM reading sounds WAY too high. Your always better to use the lower calorie burn to make sure your not accidently going over your goals. Have u set it up correctly, put correct weight in etc....?

You can keep the coffee, its the low carb/sugar energy drinks that get me, Monster is the main offender. The calories aren't too bad really but god knows what else is in there but its very tasty!
