My husband has an extreme allergy to celery... so much so that I can't keep it in the house because if he even touches it, he breaks out in a rash from the contact. So, I opt for frozen grapes instead. You have to make sure you eat less, or the fruit sugar adds up, but it satisfies my need for a crunch.
