Today’s lunch. Salad with lettuce, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, carrot, avocado and pomegranate seeds. Light lunch as having steak and home made chips for dinner tonight.

Soups and stews can be made cheaply and you can get a good few portions out of it. Also, bulking things like bolognese or chilli with lentils or beans make it go a longer way

I love bolognese stuffed peppers. Make bolognese how you normally would and then stuff it in 2 bell peppers, I then grill them. I usually serve it with a side salad. You could always make stir fry without noodles, steak and roasted veg, or make cauliflower rice

Noticing there are a lot of daily weighers, which I'm quite surprised at! Do you find weighing daily helps to keep you motivated? As I'm worried the fluctuation would drive me mental! Xx
