Thanks Rosy! I think mine around around 1800. But if I was cutting cals before around 1400 should I only do around 1700. I made an appointment with a nutritionist so hoping they can help me! :)

I am feeling the same way and absolutely horrible! All my body wants is carbs! When I think about eating all the veggies I normally eat, it turns my stomach and then I end up throwing my produce away. I can only hope this and the all day sickness goes away soon enough.

I should note I LOVE to exercise just don't know the correct ones to do to prevent further injury...running has been my go to, but have been prohibited from it. I do lift free weights etc. and I know I spelled LOSE wrong :))

I had low-back surgery almost a year ago as of next week. The only weight training I do is inner/outer thigh machine, bicep curl (low weight maybe 15 or just the machines resistance...and I do the fly machine which I make sure I keep a very straight posture for. I DO NOT bend over and lift anything.. I used to do arm curls…

Maybe you could buy the chocolate gram crackers instead?? I've also used fat-free cool whip between 2 of those and made home-made ice cream sandwiches! Just stick them in the freezer for a bit!

Thanks everyone..I actually ended up getting surgery..I'm in recovery but doing great! The disks were dangerously compressing my spinal nerve! Can't wait to get back to exercising!!!! :)

ooo yea I do that..I put in the filter then sprinkle a few drops of ground cinnamon then put my coffee on top so the cinnamon really soaks through.. its so yummy!
