I used to do a fair amount of yoga, but stopped for a few years. I've just started practicing again 4 weeks ago. I don't know why I ever stopped I feel so much better already. I like to use an app called ydl (yoga download) or YouTube videos. Would love to be friends with other yogis!

I think certain chemicals in tea (tannins I think) can bind to nutrients and prevent them being absorbed. Iron is the one I read about I think.
