I have the dreaded C-section pounch too!! I hate it and even though I have lost 30 lbs it doesn't seem to have gone away at all. I have like 100 lbs to go though so I am hoping it will stil shrink at least some!!!

Please don't hate me but is there any chance you are pregnant? I ask because that was me with all 3 of my kids before I even knew I was pregnant. Also are you taking a multi vitamin/mineral? That helped me immensely.

Does your school have a pool? I love water aerobics and am having great success with it. It is also super easy on your joints!!

I think then that I would go more with something that is more you than a dress. You are gonna be nervous enough I personally would want to be comfy in that situation and maybe take her some flowers when you meet her.

If I have a day where I need to add calories I usually have some trail mix. Still pretty healthy but definately high in calories.

Something I found that works for me and I started this journey at 347 lbs. I started working out by doing water aerobics. You burn a lot of calories and it is way easier on your joints than working out on land. I actually look forward to Mon Wed Fri mornings and my aerobics class. Just a thought.

I sometimes snack and when I do I pop a bag of 100 cal microwave popcorn or I snack on fruit & string cheese. I don't obsessively clean either I am like you and veg out once they are in bed. Good Luck!!!

Done over 1100 calories burned so far today between Water aerobics and heavy duty cleaning. Still got half the house to go so I know I will be burning more calories!!!

I find that the best thing for me to make sure my workout gets done is to do it first thing in the morning no matter what it is. If I put it off 99.99% of the time it doesn't get done. It is the only way I have found to actually stick to it!!
