  • This is kinda sad but I was only 14 when mine completely gave out. No stones, it just quit working in a matter of about a week. I only had issues for a couple of months afterwards but there are still a few things that don't really agree with me (greasy things like fried chicken).

  • I went mostly Paleo a couple of weeks ago. There have been a few cheat days but it's working out for me! My sleep improved dramatically the first week and that was enough to push me forward.

  • I mainly use my Wii as entertainment while I work out. I have Mario Kart Wii and play it while I'm on the stationary bike. I've found that I pedal faster when I'm behind. :D I really like Wii Fit Plus and it's good for the mornings I don't want to work that hard.
