At my lowest weight, which was slighter heavier than a paper weight, my thighs touched. It's mostly how you are built and not how much you weigh.

This is pretty much how my conversations go when it comes to lifestyle changes.... Me: I am going vegetarian. You are welcome to keep eating meat. Him: Child please! We're in this together. You already got me to do Insanity, join a gym and stop eating fast food. This is easy. Me: YAAAAYYY!!!! *cartwheel*

It takes 30-45 minutes to work out. That leaves me with 1,395 -1,410 min of the day to do what I please. And when I am lifting, during my minute rests, I chat on MFP. It's called multitasking.

I make mine...... 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal 1/2 tbsp chia seeds 4 - 6 oz plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp cinnamon Toppings: nutella, banana, almonds, peanut butter, etc. One time I tried pineapple....Fail! Never again. The sourness of the Greek yogurt and the pineapple was a major mistake

You replaced one addiction with another. I gained nothing when I quit but that was because I was concious of my other habits.

I was about to say that I timed with my cycle so I knew it wasn't water weight gain. I added 250 initially, then 50 each week except for the week of my period, then back the adding until I leveled off.
