If you dont mind second hand stuff, Poshmark.com. You basicallly buy high end stuff (or cheap, its up to you) from other people. People also trade closests. Its saves on money. Sometimes I will find stuff on there that still has the tags on them, and the person just outgrew it before being able to wear it.

INSANITY!! I don't do cardio anymore, but when I did, I loved Pure Cardio. I cut out cardio when I did NROLFW, and that was about a year ago.

I eat breakfast at 4am, sometimes earlier. Most days it consists of egg white, mushroom and maybe an English muffin. At that hour, I couldn't care less. By 7am. I will have a protein bar, Greek yogurt/cottage cheese and fruit or overnight oats. By 10am, peanut butter/nutella, toast or oatmeal (again). So yeah, I have a low…

I just ate a entire large pizza, a bag of tapatio flavored Doritos and 1/2 a bottle of wine by myself. I've never been fat and I don't starve myself. To me, it's about living the life I want to lead. If the scale says I weigh 104 instead of 102, I don't sweat it. I just rectify it later. I eat until I'm happy and content.

Keto, Atkins, Dukan, etc.....Eh, I find it all too much. I just go with IIFYM. Eat enough protein and fat, and let everything else fall where they may.

Depending on the week or day, my groceries look like any one of them. I live in a Filipino/Chinese/Italian/Irish household, where food is #1 priority. When my brother comes to visit, my groceries end up looking like all of them at once (he's a chef and his wife studied sushi making).

I walk 5 miles and climb 40 flights of stairs on my rest days. I think you will be just fine. If you need a rest, then take one. When/if you decide to start lifting heavy, I suggest you take a full day off from working out the same muscles between workouts.
