macros for bodybuilding?

Hello all! Was just wondering what my macro split should be for building muscle,i thought it was 40/carbs 40/protein and 20/ fat. If anyone can point me in the right direction, or if I'm doing it right? Also wouldn't mind a few friends for support. Thanks guys/gals!

Next to your TDEE there will be a bulking option, I suggest you bulk at the lowest overage to start. Set your protein to 1g per pound0 -
