I joined my MFP in 2011 and really started using it as a tool towards the end of that year. This was before there was an APP and I loved it. Greek yogurt instead of mayo for literally everything! Its excellent! Greek yogurt is also a good sub for sour cream too. I recently started using full fat greek yogurt too instead of the no fat kind. Its more filling & creamy. Fat isn't the enemy - sugar is.

YES!!! Its very frustrating because last time I checked I'm an adult & I live in my body - not them. Its almost hurtful. People don't realize that them saying this is the same as telling an overweight/obese person "go get on a treadmill" or "do you really need that extra helping?"
