Spending the time to prepare your meals would be best but you can do way better than fast food in a pinch - you'll still need to make that trip to the grocery store. When I lived alone I stocked up on single-serve items like Chobani yogurts, granola, pieces of fruit, bags of frozen veggies, rice, and chicken breasts (you…

Chipotle Burrito Bowl Just skip the obvious offenders - sour cream, etc. I up the ante to 650 cals for this and get 50+ grams of protein, lots of fiber and a meal and a half

If you want to get out there then get out there. It comes down to how YOU feel. You'll have good experiences and bad regardless of when you get into the scene so just be yourself and feel good about whatever you decide to do.

Those guys aren't necessarily jerks and you shouldn't necessarily stop dating. Just see what's out there and don't be discouraged if you aren't compatible with every guy. My new gf isn't attracted to my fat pics (50 lbs ago) that are all over fb from a few years ago but I completely get it. If either of us were 50 lbs…

On the MotoActv - the battery is not replaceable but I've had mine for a while and battery life is still good. I charge the device once a week or so. The unit is basically a small smart phone - it runs on an Android platform that is set up for the small screen and workout features. It also has bluetooth and wifi for…

welcome Daaiyah! This can work for you if you're honest with yourself. Take it day by day and don't let any slip-ups get you down. Also, don't ever say 'I'll get back on track tomorrow" because there's no better time than now

take a day or two off from running before the race. eat your normal foods, just avoid anything that messes with your stomach and avoid eating or drinking too much right before the run. congrats on your first 5k!

Chipotle, Subway, Noodles and Co, Whole Foods, Wendy's, you name it...I aim for high protein, always order the small, skip the chips or fries most of the time. I probably lost 20 lbs or so just from cutting mayo and cheese out of my sandwiches and to keep things tasty - hot sauce on everything The big thing is to check…
