I am on week 2! I love the recipes. I feel healthier.

I am hoping to lose 15- 20lbs by June. I lost 50 before..so this can't be that challenging. Just staying focused.

I made skinny mom cheese enchiladas.

I did Turbo Jam and it helped me lose 18 lbs or around there...I am on Turbo Fire and I can def see that I lost inches...I am a size 8 now. In a matter of two months and I have lost 16 lbs with it so far..as well as calorie counting and running.

2 poached eggs, wheat toast, 2 pieces of bacon, and some black coffee with one sugar.

Go to TjMaxx, Marshalls, Target, and JcPenny's...these are places that have reasonable prices...and if you go to the outlets (Nike , Under Armour, and Reebok) check their clearance rack...I have gotten my sports bras for $10 at Walmart and they come in a pack of two.

A cinder block= 33lbs.

I am 5'4 and I am currently 164. Trying to get to 130.

I have been doing Turbo Jam for one month. It is the first dvd set that I stuck with. It's a great workout. I sweat up a storm that's for sure! I have lost inches and a total of 8 lbs. I am starting month 2 tomorrow. I highly recommend it. :)

I did the Ideal Protein diet for 3 weeks. It's really expensive. Depending on your office, the start up fee for me was $250 but then each box was $30. Some of the foods are great. I am not sure if anyone suggested this. I didn't read every single response but if you have any local fruit/veggie stands or produce shops they usually sell produce at a much lower price. But banana's seem to be the cheapest and whatever is in season...like other poster;s have mentioned.
