    Hey everyone!

    So...I'm not new to this site but I decided to make a new account to start off fresh since I am going to start a new fitness plan. I was wondering if anyone here is also doing FitGirl Guide? I am really excited about this plan. The book is fun as well as the instagram interaction. Are any of you lady's doing this? Anyone done it in the past? Results? If any of you are starting or currently working on the plan should, can I add you on IG? I want to stay motivated :smile:

      I just downloaded the fitness pal app today and was hoping to find some fellow fitgirls! I started the 28 day jump-start on Feb 9th and I love it! I have a instagram account if you want to follow each other and support each other's progress! fitgirl_angiemarie

      I've been on MFP since 2010 and its great for logging ONLY (to me) but the community on MFP is more negative than FGG on instagram.
