Thanks for all the encouragement! I'm not sure whether to enjoy a shopping trip with my wife (shopping is her favorite sport!) . . . or should I add another hole to the belt? Maybe I should do both. Shoot for high NUTRIENT, low calorie foods, so it's less likely that you go into starvation mode.
