  • I think doing yoga and T25 is awesome. I know there are several people in this group that are doing multiple workouts simulateously so I definitely think you'll be fine. I don't really follow the nutrition plan but I remember seeing several recipes that looked really yummy, I'll have to go back and try some :)
  • I was actually really nervous about starting Beta because I didn't feel like I could really nail the work outs in Alpha yet but I moved on anyways. I'm starting week 4 of Beta and I agree with eganita, its not really more difficult, it's just different. And actually I find that I can really actually nail the Beta work outs…
  • I do certain workouts bare foot, especially if there is no floor work. But if there is a lot of plank work and burpees I wear Merrell Pace Gloves. I love them. They are minimalist running shoes (not the crazy ones with the toes) but they aren't big and bulky with a lot of cushion and they are really snug on my feet so…
  • Awesome results for your first round! That is great! I just started Beta today and really liked it. I am planning on picking Alpha back up when I am done too except I am going to give Gamma a try before that. Way to go! Keep it up :)
  • Started Beta today and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to keep up! I really enjoyed the workout :) Looking forward to see what the rest of Beta has in store for me. I can't believe I made it this far! Starting to really see results and I love it!!
  • Finished up Alpha. Start Beta on Wednesday. Waist- lost 2 inches Hips- lost 2 inches Chest- lost 2 inches Havent been doing weight though so I'm not really sure where I stand with that. Hoping to see as good results with Beta.
  • Agreed, I don't think it really matters. I have heard of people also not doubling up and workingout 6 days a week instead of five. Again, don't think it really matters. Just as long as it gets done
  • It's amazing how a little excersize and healthier eating can make you feel so much better. I notice I am much happier and have more energy on days that I work out which is great. I used to just dread doing stuff around the house when I got home from work but now that I get up and exercise in the morning I don't mind coming…
  • That is awesome!! Great results! Keep up the great work!
  • Week5 Day 1 TBC- Done! Getting way better! Don't think I will ever be able to do an oblique push-up though.
  • Hey val! I am going into week 5 of Alpha this week. I can't say that I am nailing the workouts but I am definitely WAAYY better than I was when I first started.Looking forward to starting Beta
  • You guys are doing awesome!! Way to go!! I'm too scared to take my measurements because last time I got discouraged so I'm going to wait until the end of Alpha (This is my last week of it!) But I love reading everones success stories!! You guys are great!
  • Still going strong. Starting week 5 of Alpha on Wednesday. Today is supposed to be my rest day and I think I still want to go home and get a work out in. Thinking maybe cardio. The rest days make me feel lazy :( Not sure I'm really seeing any results, I'm scared to look because last time I did there were no changes and I…
  • At least you got back into it, thats awesome! And that is what matters! And the portion sizes is important. I have been counting calories but don't get too stressed out if I go over because I know that although I go over I go over with healthy choices so its ok. I think that is what matters, making healthy decisions...…
  • My husband and I are working through Alpha week 4 too! It's great to be in contact with other people doing the same thing :)
  • Thanks! It really helps that I know I'm not alone and that other people are having similar results. This is the first at home work out program I have ever done and I am determined to see it through to the end! This is going to be a great source of motivation :) It already has been!
  • Alpha Week 3 day 2 done! Total body circuit.. UGH! I'm excited that I can do a lot more moves now than I could week one. Improvement!
  • That's awesome! Those are great results! Mine havent been that dramatic but I feel better and I have more energy so that is a plus. I am actually a little discouraged because I did measurements today and didnt have any change since last week :( But I guess I can't expect to see immediate results. It is a 10 week program…
  • Well, I didn't really prepare for this one aside from T25 and I did ok. But before I started I was running about 3 times a week for about 2 miles. I had to work my way up big time though because I have never been a runner. I started REAALLY slow :) I ran this 8k pretty slow too, I was at a 12 min/mile pace which.. is slow.…
  • Missed my double day Sunday and only did one so I am going to finish it up today. Abs and Stretch then starting week 4 day 1 tomorrow.
  • Omg, I hate double days! Mine is on Sunday though. I am starting week 4 day 1 tomorrow :) So I am right with you! Have you seen any results?
  • Breeca2, I have run 5k's before but this was my first 8k :)
  • I couldn't do the double day this week :( I ran an 8k on Saturday so I didn't work out then and Sundays are supposed to be my double days but I could barely move I was so sore from the race! I still did the Total Body Circuit anyways so I was feeling pretty proud of myself for getting that done. I was going to get up this…
  • Don't get discouraged! If you're feeling better then you are doing great! I didn't see any results until week 3 so just keep pushing! And it's so awesome to hear that you can play with kids because than means you are not only doing awesome for you're own body but you are making others around you more happy too and that is…
  • I am on week 3 day 4, if you ask me the speed 1.0 is the easiest video. Now.. I use the word "easiest" VERY lightly. It is still hard but out of all the video's that is the one I can keep up with best. He switches from cardio to stretch and I love it. It gets better! First week is the toughest!
  • If you are scared that you will lose motivation on rest days (totally understandable) I would try splitting the double day then use the stretch video for day 7 so you are always doing something. I do the double day videos back to back on day 5 but it is really difficult. However I find that rest days I am itching to work…
  • I'm seeing both but my weight just now started to drop and not by much. The first thing to go were the inches. I've lost an inch in all categories (waist, hips, and chest all dropped by an inch). I don't have too much to lose so that is a pretty significant change for me. I didn't think it would be that fast honestly. I…
  • Day 2 is Speed 1.0 and Day 3 is Total body circuit http://rippedclub.net/workouts/focus-t25-workout-schedule/
  • Day 3 is by far the hardest! Also, if you plan on doing the double on day 5 that is also pretty brutal but you feel like you could conquer the world at the end! I'm on week 3 day 2 and I am finally getting better. I did speed 1.0 and was able to keep up better than I have the past 2 weeks. Still had to take a couple 3…
  • I just started week 3 day 1. I took my measurements this morning and have lost an inch in my waist, an inch in my chest, and an inch in my hips! Hooray for hard work with results! Can't wait to hear everyones success stories as you get further in!
