Did day 3 this morning and ran the whole 20 minutes!! Literally shouted Woot when it said halfway. Then managed to kick it up a notch when it said one minute remaining. You can do it! Dont quit on yourself!!

Just finished week 5 day 3 this morning. I remember when 3 minutes of running seemed like torture! Dont give up on yourself! Quitters never win and winners never quit!!!

I went cold turkey in May, also gave up artificial sweeteners then too. Best decision ever! Only a week of detox and i feel so much better now! I only drink water and milk (and occaisional cocktail) and it has really helped with my weight loss progress. Best of luck to u!!

That step gives it a roasted flavor. Only a teaspooon of olive oil for the whole recipe. I sometimes skip that part and just serve it after the blender.

Thats almost my salsa recipe! Except i dont roast the garlic, just peel and toss it in the blender. I add a little lemon juicr(the bottled stuff is fine). About the chips... we like Snyders of Hanover (you know the pretzel makers) restaurant style tortilla chips. Very tasty and low in fat.perfect for dipping. Not sure…

Remember your back is the other side of your abs. You have to keep your lower back strong for your abs. Try laying flat on your back and lifting your legs up to 90 degrees and slowly doen. Just keep your back pressed flat on the floor. Good luck!

Oh that stinks! I think when you're as big as we are that you have to lose 30lbs + to really have anyone notice. Also, if you're wearing big baggy clothes it's hard to tell. Keep it up!

It's pretty good but not nearly as great as a live class. I guess I don't love holding the remote the whole time. But I still get sweaty so I know it's working! :)

p90x is amazing for all over toning. you can't really spot reduce--you just have to work on strengthening your core and other muscles and the results will show. I've also heard Jillian Michaels 30day shred DVD (about $10) is good for toning but I haven't tried it yet. Good luck!!

I like the core synergistics,too. But Cardio X and Yoga are great too. Just keep mixing it up--the whole theory behind it is muscle confusion.
