I agree!! I trust my HR monitor any day over a "guesstimate" My polar tells me I've burned at the least 50-100 more calories then a machine or chart!!

ok, let me just say, I have ALWAYS had the "thunder thighs" still do compared to the rest of my legs LOL but on a serious note.. I started the 30 day shred 15 days ago and put all the effort I have into it and my thigh have dramatically shrunk.. =) there is hope don't give up!!

UPDATE :) :) I am on day 15 of the shred (level 2 day 5) and I have dropped another pant size... so exciting but going to hold off on buying anymore clothes since I have 15 more days with Jillian and 5-10 lbs before I hit my ultimate ideal goal .. also my knee pain is gone, thank God!!

well I see what you are saying but to clarify myself on that, these people know me and know my routine is set, I workout every morning and get up earlier then everyone else to do so , so there is no excuses for me yet these few people still call me, invite me when they know it's "me time".. I don't mind eating out every…

eat eat eat... I went through the same routine thinking the less I eat and the more I exercise the quicker I lose... it took me a LONG TIME to finally listen to the people on here and once I started eating as many back that I burned my body has made big changes!! don't give up and just eat!! (healthy of course)

update since last time.. I am still 5'9 ad now 148 and those 8's I just bought are getting loose quickly.. not sure I want to go below a size 6 at my height!!
