Honestly it is a wonderful burn / cardio and strength workout my right knee does not enjoy it but I modify the side lunges with leg lifts and I'm fine:) The jump rope, jump n jacks etc do not bother knees at all!

:( well I can assure you that "skinny people" at least not all "skinny people" would treat you this way. I come from a VERY LARGE obese family raised in the south on fried everything , carbs and sweet tea.. I was never taught how to eat properly etc.. I have had to teach myself and learn all on my own how to get "skinny"…

I am small all the way down until my hips,bun and thighs that is and although I have to tone back up again, I can honestly tell you that last spring/summer I did the 30 day shred and toned up A Lot in those areas..

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU... I am not going to fib it, I have not been eating those exercise calories and I have stopped moving on the scale, I was so hesitant to eat them as I was totally confused BUT FINALLY someone (you) have made perfect sense of it!! Kudos A++++++
